These product are amazing, but just one question: why not everything in the back? I mean if you put the unite into the video switcher rack, and the MTP12 is in the back with all the SDI I/O, the MTP12 cable is in the back as the other cables so nothing in the front that can be in your way. Just my thought. I would prefer not to have any cable in the front, but maybe some monitoring screens? like signal and bitrate maybe. Or signal failover of one camera/cable or what else

My biggest issue is continuous autofocus. Everything about this is perfect but my subjects like to move around a lot on stage when I am livestreaming and this would be perfect for that but only being able to use blackmagic cameras means no continuous auto focus. Can I use a Sony FX3 or FX30 with this system?

So you have a very small camera, but you have to hook up all these attachments to it. What’s the point?

There’s only one problem with BlackMagic…. After a year passes they won’t service their cameras! This make for a really poor business model.

You guys should make software to control Edelkrone motion control products like how you do with the DJI RS2

BMD does a lot of things right. The connection options on this thing are what everyone should expect from a modern camera. A proper DC power input, SDI, and FULL-SIZED HDMI (mocking you here, Canon) are nice to see. I think the big miss here is the lack of genlock. This thing would be great for a 3-D setup, but that's a no-go without genlock.
