How do you keep away your sculptures from melting and getting sticky ?

Hello! I hope you can help me a little... My isomalt actually turned amber color around 170-175 degres and I don't know why... I used stainless steel pan and the same thermometer as you, although another brand of isomalt since yours cannot be shipped where I am... Did I make a mistake in the method?

Hi I have used isomalt so many times and its kept its shine on. But for some reason the last cake I made it went cloudy and Im not sure why? I have never had trouble using this. I so love isomalt. Can I ask when you use the blow torch how long does it stay shiny for please?

For those who aren’t fans of Dragon Ball Goku is a saiyan. A humanoid Alien from outter space which are naturally extremely strong when compared to a human. For example when Goku was a 7-10 year old boy he met bulma and lifted her car and quite easily survived several bullets to the head (Compared to other saiyans however he is weak) His hair colour doesn’t change when he is Angry (well kinda) His blue hair is a combination of 2 of his forms Super saiyan and Super saiyan God Goku was sent to planet earth prior to the destruction of his home planet to rid all life on earth, After landing an old man called Grandpa Gohan named him ‘Goku’ His actual name, is Kakarot Goku was only a baby and after he hit his head Preeeeetty hard he lost all memory of being someone sent to destroy life on earth and became a rlly sweet and innocent boy who saved the Earth from any threats. However as the full moon rose on earth, inside of the young boy Goku, awakened a beast known as the Oozaru (Aka GIANT MONKE) Goku then one day finds a seductive woman called bulma who flashed him for his Dragon ball, a mystical orb that can be collected along 6 others to summon a Wish granting dragon Goku goes with This woman (Bulma) and they both find the dragon balls together The rest is just fighting, an angry army dubbed the Red Ribbon Army Goku meets a girl calle den chichi who he promises to marry, Goku being a dumb fuck thinks that Marriage is a food Lmao Goku forgets ab her and leaves to do more shi He looses battles, monologues ab how good guys win, then wins the battle, basic anime stuff. After the fight with piccolo he finally reunites with Chichi (At this point being a young adult) and they both decide to get married (WHICH IS BS GOKU AND BULMA SHOULDVE BEEN A THINGGGGG) After, Goku makes a child with Chichi and named his son after his Grandpa; Gohan After that he took Gohan to meet his martial arts master, Roshi. Shortly after his arrival he is met with a guy Claiming to be his brother and telling him he’s a saiyan, Goku doesn’t beleive him and thinks he is disgusting at how evil he is, his brother kidnaps Gohan and Goku has to team up with his old Enemy Piccolo, Goku and Piccolo fight His Brother (Raditz, should’ve mentioned earlier) and After an intense fight, Goku holds Raditz in a lock allowing piccolo to deliver his Ult attack ‘Special Beam Canon’ It’s goes through Raditz and Goku, killing them both While dead, Goku learns new techniques and meets a new master known as King Kai (There’s an afterlife known as Other World) Goku trains and Piccolo teaches Gohan, By the time Goku is back alive again using the dragon balls to wish him back to life, 2 more Saiyans show up, Nappa and Vegeta (Vegeta is an important character) Gohan Piccolo Krillin Tien and Yamcha both help to fight Nappa, Nappa was too strong leaving Goku having to end him off with KaioKen finish, Nappa killed everyone exept for Gohan and Krillin Goku and Vegeta both fight and as a result of this They do a beam clash which Goku wins!! To then get brutally tortured by Vegeta as an Oozaru Yajarobe, one of Gokus old friends manages to cut off Vegetas tail reverting him back to normal, Krillin manages to form a Genki Dama (Spirit bomb, One of Gokus attacks) and send it at a vegeta, Vegeta dodges is and it goes to Gohan, who then reflects it knowing that it can’t hurt him bc he isn’t evil, Vegeta takes the Genki Dama and almost dies. Furiated, he goes to kill Gohan who moments before turns into an Oozaru, Vegeta not knowing what to do cuts his tail off, making Oozaru Gohan fall, The great Ape Gohan Lands on vegeta almost crippling him. Right as Krillin is about to finish of Vegeta, Goku asks Krillin to let him go, He explained he wanted vegeta to train more and fight Goku again. With Everyone dead (Bc of Nappa) They make plans to head to Planet Namek who also have dragon balls to wish them back (The Dragon balls on earth Had turned to stone bc Piccolo died) This leads to the Namek saga If yall want I’ll explain the entirety of the Namek saga. 😊

Excellent video. How do you clean your pan, thermometer and spatula after using them in isomalt.

In your video I noticed you do not add any distilled water to your isomalt when melting it. I am going to try your way and see
