I want to train like you and get strong like you, I can do 7 pull ups at once proper form and 14 decline pushups I want to know what kind of workout you recommend me to do and how often should I do that

First off I appreciate you taking your time to watch the video and being inspired by me. I would recommend you keep on doing pull ups, push ups and as well as dips. Those basic bodyweight workout was what got me strong and physically in shape. The more you do them the more you will build muscle endurance that will enable you to do more reps. Do like 5 sets of 5 reps of pull ups, push ups and dips. Then build up your strength from there. Also do ab workout

@ So 5 dips 5 pushups 5 pull ups count as 1 set? So I have to do 5 sets and rest 1-2mins, Also I can do 5 sets 5reps of pull ups so what do I change with it?

Yea 5 pull ups, dips and push ups count as 1 set. However since you can already do 5 sets and 5 reps of pull ups, I will suggest you increase your pull ups now to about 10 reps for 1 set each.
