@@mayathew7607I know! I mean, the costumes have little to no color variety with Red being the only character with a large part that has more than one color. Then instead of changing their minds by changing their hearts with good, we are time traveling. Then the whole school dance thing totally messes up the Cinderella story, Fairy Godmother can’t even do magic at the time so how would she give Ella a dress? Then there is no way that Maleficent would follow anyone else, much less someone who insults her. How is Hades a teen in it if he’s millions of years old? And the school wasn’t supposed to be a school before it was Auradon Prep (“it was converted into a school by my father” after the kingdoms united. Not before! Sorry for the rant, I’ll cut it short

The idea of following a new villain kid was probably the best thing they could do with continuing the franchise but I think the problem was that a time travel plot kinda messes up what the first three movies originally set up with the Disney animated canon acting as this franchise’s prequel.
