The weight scenario doesn't work in FH5.. Especially if you use telemetry and realize that what you did here is not really grip tuning. Grip tuning not using telemetry is pointless.

when testing and adjusting front camber ive noticed that some cars the inside tire will be the lower number but other cars the outside tire is the lower number. what causes this? i would think the outside tire is the more important one since it has more pressure on the ground so more grip? raising ride height can make the outside tire the one that gets closest to zero. also lower caster will do that as well. is it worth it? does it make a difference in the game? also, regardless which tire gets closest to zero... would it be worth it to lower caster to make both inside and outside closer to being the same? so for example, instead of front inside being around -0.12 and outside being -1.28... lower caster so inside stays the same but outside is now -0.20 or something like that?

But it has been over 2 years since this video and now forza has 3 new features such as; Steering Rotation, Steering Lock Multiplier and Steering Speed Sensitivity. The real bummer for the wheel is all those gawddamn events that don't allow setups... They absolutely SUCK to play with a wheel and pedal set. And after a few hours of doing this method, and putting together a reasonable lineup of usable cars, having to fight those garbage setups in the events is brutal. I'm on a G27, 3 way set of knockoff Heuskinvelds (SimJack), -And yes, they kickass for the price! Fanatec Clubsport H-pattern shifter. [Yes, I know, my wheel is old AF] -But the Fk'er won't quit Oh, yeah, and this system is legit. (Now if I could only learn how to drift properly... Rally flicks ain't gonna cut it here)

How would you fix a car that looses grip and control in the back two tires in the first gear when getting off the line or accelerating from one gear to second and so on

Love your video, have only been racing with a wheel for 3 months this is the best wheel setup for FH 5 so far but I am having an issue with the wheel throwing the car into a spin out on some turns and drifting well its next to impossible , every attempted drift results into a spin out . The best way to describe whats happening , it feels like the driveshaft broke while racing down the track throwing the car left or right and spinning out of control if you have experienced that in real life you know that feeling you get in the wheel once the Driveshaft breaks . BTW I am using a TMX , and on a PC .

this tuning guide mostly covers realistic tuning methods, which aren’t terrible, but are much slower than meta settings in the context of forza on lots of cars, mostly awd swap ones, lower tire pressure, shorter gears, less camber and max caster, using 1-65 arbs, softer springs and higher ride height, softer rebound and bump settings, max front aero and lower rear (or more if its rwd), and aggressive differential settings will make any car turn much more and be much more responsive it might make it too oversteery but increase front arb, more centered diff balance in awd, or higher rear aero if it has too much oversteer

after 2 years of use a little plastic gear inside my tmx decided to say bye bye

driving with a g29, using the same settings but the wheel doest counter when the tail slide out. keeps the tires straight.. any ideas why?

After trying out a few settings most feel good driving on roads but completely opposite when I go off road car feel like driving on ice unless it’s a off road jeep it feels ok sport cars super cars uncontrollable when driving off the road

I bought one and plugged it in and got loud buzzing noise so Iv got to send it back it’s very loud so it must be faulty 😢

You can use race suspension and adjust the tune how drift is to catch the car the same. You'll notice the camber and Toe are similar but race is a little less numbers than drift suspension is. Also race ride hight isn't as low as drift. So you can run race suspension and then set the numbers the same as drifting numbers.

Just 1 question what would you do for front and rear track width?

Don’t have this issue on my controller, only on my g29 - when I’m cornering, the car does not like to turn in nicely. Even on the fast corners which you can take near enough flat out on controller, the wheel just doesn’t turn in and it feels like the brakes are on leaving black lines on the road. It’s like having horrendous underwater and brakes jammed on at the same time. Any ideas what this could be?
