I was thinking of setting up my ordered FX Wildcat MIII BT compact just like this! But Ted has already done this years ago! I'd have the slugs for hunting heavier vermin in the back yard and the JSB Hades for bird busting! I didn't see this particular video until today. Thanks Ted! Saving me a lot of time and expense because you've already done the testing and tuning work!

We’re Happy you got the Helmet Ted I know I’m at a hell of a late start but I’m 8,000 $ in on building an epic airgun collection but right now know nothing about Tuning guns and just invested in a fx chrono true ballistic to learn watching all your videos for Memorial Day today thx for all the help sir. Keep that helmet on sir.

Those pellets are definitly good, they're my favorites at the moment with the BSA Target and Norica Premium but i'm not convinced that the expansion is really needed or usefull. Does it really make more damages ? It's just lead so it's a soft metal. I guess it also greatly depend of the riffle's power.

Late to the party but in order to seperate 2 materials of consistant but different masses is you need to spin it. Ideally as fast as possible and they will seperate into consitute layers.

Such a huge disappointment! After saving up and buying into their modular system then not have the modular kits available and zero customer service available anywhere, I need to find any competitor to invest in and take my business elsewhere. There has to be someone out there doing the work to keep our business while advancing the pcp air rifle industry without these rip off lines of sidetracked BS.

Amazing videos! Can’t get enough. You should to a tutorial series from basics to expert with all the knowledge you’ve obviously compiled. Any suggestions for the novice who want to truly get in and learn this stuff?

So I have a new Eaglevision mount and lens, and a new Gopro 12. (previously using a side-Shot and Gopro 4). I get it all setup, adjusted the lens to look good (with my glasses on) and set the parallax to 50 yards on the scope. At this point, everything was in focus and looked good. Shot some video with these settings and it looked good. Thought I was in the clear, but when I took it out hunting, anything past 50 yards (when I adjust the parallax to look right in the scope) cones out blurry in the video. Any help you can provide on how to get this right would be very much appreciated. I just haven't found a good video on how to fix this, and Masood doesn't help unless it's to point me to a video, which in this case I have not got one. Thanks Ted!

I'm 14 and I got into airguns. I saved my money until I could get a JTS Airacuda Max. Almost every day, I shoot for at least an hour, and it's so much fun to plink cans at 100 yards. My gun can even hit 2-inch targets at 130 yards. I may try to push it to 150 yards. But Ted has influenced me a lot and airguns are just so satisfying. My parents think I'm insane because I like my airgun and I spend some money on it. Lol. I just spent 200 on a moderator 😅 I do save my money so its not all going to airguns 👍

Apparently you have some say with FX but the Maverick and the Wildcat are not legal in Canada due to the removable bullpup. Why doesn’t FX try to make some alterations so the bullpup not removable and make it legal for Canada?

I have a question. I have a maverick, can I achieve this by tuning for maximun speed on power wheel #7 and then bring it down to power wheel #6? Is like 12 to 15 fps difference. Thank you!
@scottrome72286 ай бұрын
So what are your tuned values?

Well, that was very interesting. I just purchased the Kervan Airboss K1 25 cal. It’s unregulated. I’m not sure if the hammer spring can be adjusted. If the hammer spring can be adjusted and there’s no regulator, does that mean you cannot perform this adjustment on a rifle?

Sorry Ted, but this is bullshit. When a projectile exits the SmoothTwist X barrel with a 1:16" twist rate - it makes a full revolution after 16" in the initial phase of the flight, however, according to you, it spins slower right from the beginning. That's correct but in the case of a SmoothTwist barrel (not SmoothTwist X) where the rifling is at the very end of the barrel only and the projectile is simply torn in the rifling.

Nice and with some scientific value. I guess you should have let someone else change the Barrels so you didn't know which one you where shooting with. You did change the settings and shot the different ammo at the speeds they are accurate at. Best testing video i found on youtube. Thanks.
