Can you do a video for 5’ tall, short torso. I don’t have a waist and as much as I would love to tuck shirt or sweater and a belt I’m not sure I can pull it off. I always wear a jacked or cardigan to hide but it gets old. Love the look!

I’m wondering if you have anything like “building a weekly capsule wardrobe” so that I just choose a capsule at the start of each week and wear different permutations for the week! It would help me cut down on laundry too.

Nearly didn't watch this older video but it was good fun. Also interesting to see some of your earlier clothing items. My daughter and I have travelled together several times, once with my son as well, and this has bought back happy memories. (By this I mean as adults. Travelled with them as little ones too of course but that's different.)

Just started listening to this one. Have to immediately comment how important it is to know how your body reacts to heat if it's not part of your everyday life. Stay hydrated 🙂

So loved my time in Croatia some years ago. Also lovely to hear my travel ideas reinforced. I'd just add sunglasses not overlooked in Australia. Yes have more than one pair. My prescription glasses I now wear have transition lenses too. Sneakers are very like mine. Toe lift always. Do you know Merrells? Excellent shoes including sandals. They have an Echo friendly goal. Sandals are a must in Australia. Swimsuit yes take two. My last holiday was the final time I could use one particular gorgeous favourite. It "owed me nothing" when I had to throw it away. Now I'll be looking for a replacement when summer is approaching. Autumn here now. As others have said your location is beautiful. And is giving me great holiday memories.

PLEASE tell me more about the blue and beige jacket on the rack!! I’ve seen it in several of your videos and I absolutely love it. I want to find something like it. Also, can you talk about brands and shops to look at because a huge part of my shopping and decision paralysis is about not knowing what brands are selling good quality clothing and fabrics. 😊

This video summarizes why your style tips are so brilliant: proportion, flow and details are everything! Your tips have really helped me sort out and recombine my core wardrobe pieces and sharpen my look. The whole process has been an amazing confidence builder! I think my three words are Classic/Tailored, Sporty, and Relaxed 70s Chic (is there one word for that?). I, too, lean into the Bombshell for those date nights and fancy events. I'm 60, but I'm fit and athletic enough to wear the occasional mini skirt and boots for the right occasion (I keep it classy but my husband loves this look, too.) I've been mixing jewelry metals, mixing clothing and accessory textures, thrifting vintage classics and shopping my closet for years. One of the first people I interviewed for a magazine out of college had an attic full of 1950s ready-to-wear dept. store classics she once wore to cocktail parties in New York. We hit it off. She was headed to a nursing home and noticed we were a similar size, so she filled up three suitcases and gave them to me. I've been hooked ever since. I work from home full time as a film journalist and marketing specialist, and have several public-facing events to attend every month, so I can--and do--wear a mix of casual and dressier outfits every week. Even on days of only Zoom calls, you'll probably find me in a crisp tee and blazer and jewelry brightens my face on camera. Pulling an outfit together in the morning is now fun because I can more easily combine what I've got, and it really is the first creative act of the day. Kudos to you and your channel for helping me modernize and intermix old and sustainable new pieces to avoid the LARPing look you can get when dressing head-to-toe in a single era (or leaning too much into yearly trends). I've shared your videos with friends, and this particular video with my 20-something daughter, who is starting a new hybrid job after working from home throughout the pandemic and after. I'm a huge fan. Keep the videos coming!

I have been thinking about my clothes again lately and I thought of you and your 'shop your closet' advice. I've not been in a good place for a while and I have been reflecting on how clothes are a part of how we present to the world, which affects how we carry ourselves and how people perceive and treat us. When I'm feeling low I often realise I'm dressing in a 'survival mode' way and remind myself that it's ok and a positive thing to dress well. Today I gave a big bag of clothes that no longer resonated with me to charity including a cotton navy cardigan that made me feel frumpy despite being comfortable and fairly new. Id definitely be interested if you created a video about how we dress affects our self esteem and how we are perceived, and how different ways of dressing can change how people treat us. I would like to feel more seen and respected so I've been reflecting on how my outfits could help me achieve this.

I absolutely LOVE a blazer, so this was a fun and helpful way of seeing the versatility and possibilities. Since I’ve been watching your videos, I’ve for sure been looking differently at my clothes and bringing together pieces I wouldn’t have thought to pair in the past, and wearing things- like a blazer- in new ways. Thank you SO much for the great content. It has truly been a game-changer for me! ❤

For me the reason I (almost) don't buy polyester anymore is not even because it's often cheap and sweaty, but because of the fact it's made of plastics that pollute the environment and us as species. I don't need extra pfas etc. in my body or in the water every time I wash it.

I’ve been following you for years and have loved your content, so I hate to even say this, but I’ve found myself leaving your channel, because of all the sponsored content. It just feels less authentic and more like I’m sitting through a sale pitch. Also clashes with your mission towards less consumption. Just the honest feedback from someone who has been with you for awhile…

Love this one. Love your onesie. Got to try to get one similar. I always have a few books on the go. Factual, fiction, and these days usually an audiobook too. Love having my place sorted. This is a bit harder in recent times as my son and daughter in law did a big renovation then decided, after all, to sell and build. I've been storing things for them for some time. Hoping that all changes soon and boxes etc move out.

Yes, I've been back to the office one day a week for almost a year now in a casual office (Toronto). Lots of women wearing pants, but starting to see dresses and skirts too as the weather is warming up. For shoes, I still see mostly runners, but also ballet flats and loafers as people are commuting via public transit. Not too many heels, but heeled boots in the winter (not much snow this year). Personally, I've been wearing my blazers everywhere, mostly with jeans (work, grocery store, errands, etc.) I like your nura earrings! Are they heavy? (I have the nura crossover ring in silver and I love it.)

I work from our small farm where our cabinet business is. We have two large Aussie doodle puppies who jump, two small dogs and 2 horses but still want to look good though So I almost always wear jeans and keep the dressier items above the waist-jewelry and nice tops. On Wednesdays I run errands and see a few people so I get a chance to add a blazer or leather jacket. Thanks for showing us the importance of proportions.

I work in a large corporate environment. Pre-pandemic, women used to wear sleek dresses, blazers, and high heels. Post-pandemic, it is more like casual or smart casual. The last outfit you wore would fit in well. People (including our C-suite) may wear a sweater with trousers. Lately I've been seeing some people wear casual summer dresses, which would have seemed out of place pre-pandemic. So overall more casual but with maybe a slight return back to more polished.
