do you mean hearing the whole night or just like 1h before bed and 1h countdown in the first hour of sleep?

Are you using tracks featuring the Solfeggio frequencies? If so, are you getting results? The reason I ask is that the music at 1:36 sounds like it includes 174Hz, a frequency said to work for pain relief and tension.

I've tried solfeggio before briefly, didn't really get results. Will try again at some point!

What do you think is the most cost effective way to monitor hrv that doesn't require a subscription?
@HRVHackers2 жыл бұрын
Cheapest is using an app like Hrvlogger while scanning your finger under the phone's camera. 2nd cheapest is buying a polar h10 strap + elite hrv free version.
Have you tried electronic vagus nerve stimulation devices... like tens, or neuvana xen?
@HRVHackers3 жыл бұрын
Yep yep. I didn’t like the Xen and just bought a tens unit + ear clips for about $100. How bout you?
@FreshAgenda3 жыл бұрын
@@HRVHackers so I have the xen.. for some reason it doesn't seem to be working as it should.. so kinda disappointing. I have a tens and just recently ordered the clips.. so fingers crossed.

I couldn't get the Xen to stop zapping my ear, which just felt too uncomfortable. With the regular tens, gotta experiment with the different settings from published studies to see what works best for you and whatever condition you are trying to improve. Hope it works for ya

@@HRVHackers oh man! Please do a video on your findings with the tens... that is really picking up steam with pots and cfs folks!

Will do, thanks, in the meantime check out this Facebook group. I've learned a lot from the users: facebook.com/groups/492041135346672/?ref=share

@@HRVHackers in my case it is unfortunately chronic, as I suffer from a traumatic injury, in addition to covid 19 which made it very difficult. Do you think it helps with work and functioning in daily life?
