Have you tried gelatin instead of collagen?

I have. They are pretty similar, but for me Collagen worked better. You have to experiment with different brands and types to see which one works best for you.

Good info. Which supplement you recommend to lower a rapid resting heart rate? And which is the best vit C ?

Omega 3 like fish oil and Hawthorne berries have evidence behind them to lower HR, but it will take a few months of supplementatiin to see results. Personally I would try to find the root cause of my high heart rate, check out kzbin.info/www/bejne/qXW2paGYa9OJp7s for ideas

How much copper for a daily? I take zinc but never thought about the affect it has on copper levels?
