And the terrace level just seals the deal with the gym, and potential theater 🎭 room. Spacious garage, high end finishes throughout and 5 acres of beautiful greenery. I don't see anything that is a MUST update. Only thing I notice is that the fire place needs a good cleaning ... But I could move right in, and for College Grove, and that much land plus over 5000 square feet, that price is a huge bargain.
