As a newer K-Pop fan and even newer EXO-L who is only about 2 weeks in, this not only caught me up on the happenings, but answered a burning question for me. To date, I have watched "Monster" the most. The song and the choreo just captivate me. As an Erigom, watching my beloved Kai dance in this video over and over again, is such a treat. So because I've watched it so many times the question was building as to why the content of the video didn't match the lyrics. The song tells of a desire to gain the love of another, even if that means forcing the way in a little at a time to the point of non-resistance. So I had no clue what all of the violence and captivity had to do with that. In fact, I was going to ask that question in the video's comment section. But now that I've watched this, I have a far better understanding of what's going on and as I rewatch videos that I've seen and watch for the first time, those that I haven't, I will pay better attention to the storyline. Because so far, it's been all about eyeballing the members in regards to physical appearances, dancing, and singing; not so much their roles in the ongoing saga. Thanks again! At least you included the Path Codes. Many don’t. But from an avid Science Fiction/Fantasy reader. I feel the Path Coded are an integral part of the story. I think joy is the biggest liar within them cuz she can be seen with almost every member in many scenes and i think she is quite powerful i mean it in terma of manipulation (but not stronger than irene) cuz according to me she is a secret rebel who is jealous of irene and wanna have her power so she play nice and loyal but is making her way and she is helped by the opportunity given to her to keep eye on the members because if she cantrol over her members she needs to know each one's weakness and strength and once she knows it she manipulate's the member to believe her or irene like we see in the scene where she drags wendy up the stairs taking her to the unknown place and keeping a eye on her to know if she has a strength (in the scene where wendy is sitting infront of the eye painting)

Guys i have something to say, like i just feel like half of the mv is a play like a show like the one we saw in rookie cuz if you notice the background and the set it seems fake and also the way they all act like seulgi sitting on a stage like place with a piano wendy watching her and irene below the stage in a car acting like she dont see the others and all the dresses they are wearing can be seen in some scenes and you can notice it in the thumbnail(idk if i pronounced it right) of the mv and the thing about irene cantroling everyone seems quite real to me and you can even notice who is the rebel and loyal cuz seulgi is seen as a rebel and wendy is a loyal that is why irene made wendy keep a eye on seulgi andthe same is told to joy to keep an eye on yeri so i think yeri has chances to come under seulgi's influence, and the seen where wendy is on a suitcase and a eye painting behind her is either joy cuz she is the most loyal (and maybe a secret rebel who plays nice in her eyes) or maybe irene herself to keep eye on wendy whether she is doing her job or not

I REALLY REALLY think that Aseul created Kwangya i mean in the beginning of Naughty they come from two different worlds and then they hit and look at each other. Out of context but why i mean WHY nobody told me that in the reve festival day 1 there is so many (*overreacting*) old songs references ??? There is the dumb dumb chessboard with the fabric and even the box with their legs. theres a rollercoaster with their representative fruits representing red flavor. I love how many theories there are, all of them have mostly same story but people have different theories regarding MV's (fx. Monster - is it X-EXO fighting human organisation like SWAT or something after they robbed a bank in Lotto or is it EXO fighting Red Force after freeing themselves from lab back from Overdose and Lucky One. OR is Lotto about Red Force capturing EXO - they tried to save the girl from Red Force but were captured (and the girl was probably working with Red Force) or like here is said - Lotto is X-EXO doing their evil stuff). I'd love to see SM/EXO finally revealing what they meant by each MV and VCR and who was right with which theory. I love how EXO-L can't even fight about it since it's theories, we can only share our thoughts an talk about our theories which brings the fandom closer. I was and EXO-L for a long time but I can't figure out anything on my own, it's way too complicated and sometimes it blows my mind how people connect everything (fx. i never realised that newer MV's like Love Shot or Tempo are still in EXO's universe, I only realised after watching some theory video that it makes sense and may be connected. I literally thought they kinda forgot their storyline is a thing and moved on to random concept that suits songs or something) so I'm really amazed by your work, good job!
