With regard to Karim's comment that attacks on US infrastructure would be seen as an act of war, and might well be answered kinetically, I worry that there are too many ways to make a false-flag attack as a sort of "Let's you and him fight." Risky, perhaps, but as I understand it, it can be very difficult to be sure who is behind a given cyber attack.

Thanks for the great interview with Karim Hijazi. Very scary! But left out of the conversation was an even more frightening scenerio: THE COMBINATION OF AI WITH QUANTUM COMPUTERS: Quantum computers are millions of times faster than the world's fastest computers. It is believed that China is ahead of the U.S. in this realm. So, this brings to light the possibility of FINANCIAL, as well of espionage & national security threats NOT discussed in this video. For example: 1. Could quantum/AI get into a bank or broker's computer system and empty some or all their financial accounts? 2. Could China, as a prelude to their invasion of Taiwan, shut down America's military [and allied] forces? [Note: China, in doing so, may prevent a wider war.] Note: As a septuagenarian -- for ease of investing, saving, and bill paying -- I had consolidated all my savings and investments into a single broker and bank. Now, I'm in the process of diversifying them, so that some of my resources might survive an attack by an AI linked to a quantum computer. Is this rational or paranoia?

In one side the globalisation was a huge mistake. It contributed to the fact that you find all over the world the same low value mass products from shoes over clothes etc. And millions of small traditional shops which we had over generations just disapeared. Thats so sad bcz the variaty and the craftsmanship is gone forever. Go and find in a bigger town a traditional shoemaker, which is able to do more then a heel service. If you find one, its a specialist which maybe make handmade shoes as well, for a fortune. Crazy and sad. And now comes answer for this greedy times we had. Just ask myself whatfore the banks payed Billions in Bonus for their Managers and Hedgefund Traders, when now the banks are broke. Where this money went to for what?? We have laws which benefit the wealthy and charge the working class. For how long we are willing getting ripped off??

Andrew Jackson pointed out that the existence of the central bank caused a withdrawal of people from what he called "honest industry". Instead efforts went into moving paper and cheating others of the fruits of their labor through financial con games, corrupting politicians and buying / installing so called regulators. There is where we are today.

Credit is broken. Money is not broken. An ounce of gold is always an ounce of gold. Humans use credits to cheat people, as liars. Credits lie. People issue 10x credits for each ounce of money. This is how credits get broken. Gold is honest money. Credits are dishonest money. That is why credits are broken. Humans who believe credits are money are deluded and deceived. Credits are worth zero. The stocks, bonds, currencies are all "credits", not money. When credits implode it will be tragic, hyper inflation or default, same thing.

I disagree with some of her statement regarding lack of work ethic. I think that decision came from the Chamber of Commerce which drove small business out versus big business and distorted the wage structure. The wealth from business owners came from the exploitations of the employee. If employees can not earn enough to pay for food and rent why wouldnt the employee look elsewhere. The financialization industry scheming versus manufacturing industry , you know the easy money had a negative effect on job losses and incomes that policy had a greater negative effect then the working ethics that she is referring to. It's the policy of exploitation of the working folks that's the problem.

Prepare for Retail Apocalypse Part II. While this could be considered a continuation of a trend that started years ago the number of closures about to occur will take things to a whole new level. This is a cancer that will soon become apparent as rents fall, mortgages go unpaid, commercial real estate values fall, and the local tax base shrinks away. Defaults on loans and bonds in conjunction with the reduced local property taxes will also add to the pain. More on this subject below. brucewilds.blogspot.com/2023/05/retail-sector-is-soft-underbelly-of.html

Danielle seems very ignorant to the requirements put in place during the New Deal to protect the same things she's now criticized as "ESG,DEI." The progressive policies of the New Deal pulled progressives from the Republican Party and created a Democrat majority. She's just ignorant on a lot of topics tbh. She should just stick to the research and report on that.

Earnings have been terrific for some companies but basically the top100 of the S&P which had 75% of all profits according to Stephanie Pomboy on a recent Thoughtful Money interview. Below the biggest 100 companies in the index, most are barely hanging on or are under water. Additionally she explained that consumer confidence is down along with savings and consumers are now in debt with credit cards at high interest and are defaulting on their debt. So it's looking like consumers will stop buying anything except essential items and this will crush demand. They said Govt is talking about opening up home equity loans through Freddie Mac which could extend the party a little longer but at some point soon it looks like everything will be exhausted and the bubble will pop. I've heard a few predictions that there will be a pretty substantial slowdown this summer.

It took nearly 2 mins and 40 secs for the commentator to get to a relevant fact. Nobody in the United States is worried about TSMC not being an American company. The US and other governments are concerned about the supply chain and the potential loss of access to chips should there be another global pandemic or military conflict.

Russia did not announce that it would attack the West, but that it would use its nuclear arsenal even if it was attacked in a way that threatened its existence. ...but the war itself started because NATO's approach to Ukraine made the Russians nervous. It is a tragedy as it is, but it is bullshit that Russia is threatening the West with a nuclear attack!
