Wish Randy and Jim were included. Would have been the right thing to do. Such a phenomenal band.

Timothy has really grown into his face. He was such a baby faced young fellow, now he is a handsome older man. A rare takent as wekk, I wish I could harmonize like him. With a voice like that you can always find a job. Furay, what can I say. Love the guy. Cotton who became the 2d leader in my opinion. Bad Weather makes me teary eyed. I think of my first wife. Met her in High School. Wonder wgere she is. I treated her so bad. I would love to sist with her and tell her I hope life has bee kind.

If you were fortunate to see them back then - the pyrotechnic playing Rusty exhibited was insane! This is one of the few vids I've seen that give one an idea of his work!

Richie truly impressed me when he left Buffalo Springfield for the road to testify when God healed his Mom from cancer. He did, and subsequently pastored Calvary Church in Colorado for about two years.

"And this little piggy went "weeee-weeee-weeee all the wa-wa-waaaay . . . " OOOPS!!!! I'm sorry, that was Rusty Young on steel guitar! 🤭 Ummm, I guess I liked "the wimpy stuff" better! Young really did presage Robert Randolph by decades though!

At 2:10, the drums are Slingerland, but it looks like George (the drummer) replaced it with a Ludwig mount and covered the Ludwig name on the tom holder with the Poco Europe '76 sticker. Snare drum is a Rogers.

Must have been right after Richie left. Rusty had to take over the lead guitar on the pedal steel. He was an incredible mater of the instrument. We will never see another lime him. This also was the time that Paul Cotton took over a lot of the lead vocals. Can't ever forget the treasure they had in George Grantham, with his highest harmonies.

Hello Peter, Thank you for posting the Paul Cotton Videos. He was truly a Great musician and a true gentleman. I had the pleasure of meeting him in 1979 after a Poco concert and he was very friendly and gracious. Do you have demos of Open Channel, Isle Of Sirens and Barbados you can post? I have heard the other demos from The When The Coast Is Clear album except these and would love to hear them. Thank You again for posting Paul's music!! Len
