False. Jack wrote this song and recorded it himself before Poco recorded it on their 2015 album All Fired Up with his lead vocals.

When I first viewed this page, the video that played was "Follow Your Dreams." That is the video I replied to. Now, the video is playing "Hard Country." That is Jack singing now. Sorry for the mix-up.
