Yes, no carbs and no water. I don't believe that one week is enough. A month maybe? One week never works for me. I need at least a month before I dry out. I do get severe muscle cramps in my legs though, can't sleep, but no other way.

Chest and Biceps Legs OFF CALVES ABS Back Shoulders and Triceps OFF CALVES ABS Bodypart trained every 6th day. So still twice in 7 days. People need to get away from thinking twice a week frequency all has to be in 7 days for all bodyparts. As long as you're training 2 times in 7 days. My week is not like your week. Current split to bring up arms: Brominick Menbroza Split Modified for growing Arms: Day 1: Chest Day + Side Laterals Tricep Giant Set Day 2: Back Day + Bicep Giant Set Day 3: OFF Calves Abs Tricep GS Day 4: Leg Day Quads + Biceps GS Day 5: Shoulder Day + Chest Flye Tricep GS Day 6: OFF Calves Abs NO ARMS Day 7: Arm Day + 1 or 2 Back Exerc. Day 8: Leg Day Hams NO ARMS Day 9: OFF Calves Abs Bicep GS REPEAT Arm Giant Sets: These are not meant to be to mechanical failure. Pump Work and Extra Frequency. We are also not focusing on the eccentric portion. Tempo is 1-0-1-0. We are also not fully extending at the bottom, which will jam up the elbow joint and cause joint issues over time. Tricep Giant Set: shown here 3 Exercises in sequence 15 reps each. 4 sets with about 3 minutes of rest at least. Video starts at time: only change I make is attention to humerus (upper arm) position. Set 1: Concentration Curl 10 reps each side, then switch to Hammer Concentration curl 8 each side. Set 2: Same Thing but 12 reps Concentration and 10 Reps Hammer Set 3: Same Thing but 15 Concentration and 10-12 Hammer Rest 5 minutes I now introduce a 25lbs Dumbbell into the mix. All 3 sets: 35lbs 15 Concentration and 12 Hammer, then wait 5 breaths and pick up 25lbs and do same thing. Rest 5 minutes between these. Stretch Biceps for at least 1 minute during that 5 minutes.
