@@TheArchives-o9f Hany is arguably the top coach in the industry. Cutler, Heath, Buendia, Bumstead, Hadi, Lunsford... Dude consistently has the last three medaling at Mr O. Until another coach can consistently put up multiple athletes medaling at the Mr O. Its hard for anyone to claim to be better. Maybe he's just lucky the most genetically gifted guys choose to work with him. Or maybe his program/coaching and supplements really are top tier. Most likely scenario for '24. Lunsford, Hadi and Bumstead again claim golds and a silver.

Yeeeah but this is special Hany! These are number 1 and 2 Olympians battling it out not only on stage like the past Olympians… but also in the gym together with the same coach! This is history in the making. No other Olympian had to battle it out in the gym together under the same coach. Only on stage… so yeah, this is pretty remarkable if you ask me.

Olympia caliber but un beatable is a stretch. Hadis back is just as good and he trains it harder too, Derek needs to learn to stretch and squeeze, (not saying Derek doesn’t train hard cause he does). it’s a shame genetics edges out training intensity and rep/set quality so much in bodybuilding.
