Here we go with the ultimate question ? How do you build the muscles that balance you? if your always using machines lundsford ? I be going with them lunges that you walk with thicken up the inter legs:that hit the legs differently Derek . Try the parking lot lunges please .let me know the difference when you can’t sit down to drop a number 2 ?

My name might not be Hany but that is Correct! I believe the second exercise in, hany mentions that’s it’s also important to do a hamstring curl to warm them up before your heavy movement like squat and leg press. As for what movement, just pick whatever hamstring curl feels best to you.

He didn't do it 5 plate below 90 d, he just did it 6 plate will injure him yes he will lift it but when going up he will put load on lower back that is hazardous

Anything that helps your digestion. Greens powder or yoghurt. You need to eat to grow.

About time hany you get Derek on track with some free weight movements. Still think he really needs the reverse grip benches and the ez bar pull over press for his triceps man. Is triceps and rear delts need a little 3d boost and I assure you his triceps would gain a 1.5 2 inches in no time flat . He needs bigger triceps to match that back hany. And he needs triple joint movements. For the mass.the reverse grip bench is the triceps squat that’s facts .

His arm can barely grip the barbel while doing a squat let alone reverse grip bench.

@@hanyrambod_FST7 time for the safety squat barbell and a real power rack with the safety bars in the rack jic. Derek is not that huge but I get the barbell squats I had a hArd time years ago myself .but I highly doubt the hot dog man couldn’t hand Derek off the strait bar on a flat bench so he can do reverse grip benches .not to mention the ez bar pull over press.Derek and hadi both could come next level with both these exercises for there inter tricep head especially. Why not give them A whirl .I know they will help them I was born with too different looking triceps and these balanced me out and my arms looked awesome . Just another tool in your box champ . Derek’s arms would gain 1.5 by the Olympia .also it’s one of Mike ohearn strength secrets .

Try mixing the Non stim pre workout EVP 3D with our fat burner such as EvoBurn to keep the stimulant to a moderate amount.
