Before even watching the video - we only found your channel a few months ago. I started watching cooking shows while I am on medical leave (due to burnout). Cooking again inspired me and has helped so much - and finding your channel contributed so much to re-discovering my love for cooking. I’ve already made your fried rice, adobo and green Thai curry.
