Great video and beautiful plants. I love snake plants too, but struggle with them in the UK.

I tried using plain ol' dort from the ground. Depending on what part of the US you're in, it can be mostly clay, rock, or who knows what, but it's generally not viable for growing plants. It's just depleted brown dust.

I moved into a new place and about 6 months ago I decided it needed some color and life, so I got a few plants. That's when the obsession began. I just recently found out I'm a few years behind it being trendy😂 perfect timing, if you ask me.

You can shorten those long roots without harming the plants.

I love my plants, but I have a set limit before it becomes stressful and takes the joy and bliss from me. Admittedly, I love my rare variegated plants but just as equally love my more easily accessible plants.

I’ve largely lost interest in houseplants because taking care of them is annoying. I’d much rather be out in my yard working on my various gardens. I’ve still got dozens of plants in my house. But they’re more of a burden than anything else. I think if I lived somewhere that received adequate light to properly grow tropical plants in my home I’d enjoy it more. But I don’t. It’s impossible to grow many of them properly without a lot of supplemental light and humidity. I am not about that life. I’ll be outside ✌🏻

I just stumbled upon your channel and have found it so relaxing and entertaining, thank you for sharing your plants! I also wanted to let you know there’s a much easier way to hydrate and separate coco coir. You can use a double bucket/bin system where the top bucket has holes in the bottom and sits inside a solid bucket/bin. Place coco block in the upper bin, fill with water and stir occasionally until broken up (add water as needed) then remove the top bucket and allow the water to drain. Hope this helps save your hands in the future! Happy planting from your new subscriber 😊

My fav part of my day is waking up and making some chai and sipping it around all the green and your outdoor space with all the lively colors is stunning! This has become one of my favorite channels because you are completely on the other side of the world from me and its such a adventure in being welcomed into your plant space. Your friends plant spa e and that entire green wall is like a paiting of plants outside his window and I would love to see the painted tour at some point. That soup looks so interesting!

Babes, I think that I’m going to need more tours and shopping sprees. I have enjoyed seeing your surroundings. I’m sorry that you have issues with 🐀 rats biting your plants. My container plants that are outside have an occasional visit from squirrels who burrow up the soil and toss it everywhere causing me to have to repot plants. Sometimes the plants are damaged beyond repair after this. I don’t want to be cruel to animals but my space is my space.
