It's pretty but the tip gets bend and you mangle your other hand. The part should have also been steel not copper.

It's from an old planer blade, one that has been sharpened for too many times. It might be hss but I think it's more like high carbon steel.

Wait. Before the drill bit was on the bottom of the body. After the drill bit was on top of md of the drill body. Did you put it on upside down? 18:35 vs 18:37 you see the difference
