I know it might sound funny, but i have genetically "gidted" fat thighs 😅. So despite gymming, they don't lose fat as much. Thus, i am here for supplementing my workout with aerobics. Wish me luck❤

Did this workout and really enjoyed it. Im 49 and 271 pounds and completed the whole video with no breaks. I do walk daily and usually do 20,000+ stepson Sundays so i look forward to trying your 20,000 steps video!

This was a great one to do after lunch! It's too cold out to walk and I'm trying to do a few minutes of walking after eating.

The first one I did not like. I did the workout at twice your speed and just got 4000 steps in so you cannot call this a 4000 steps workout, sorry.

Completed this one again today and moved 19,680 steps and burned 1,404 kcals! It really is a fab workout and I’m dying by the end but always worth it ❤

Started this as a New Year's resolution. I was 80 kg (considered obese in my BMI). Now, I'm 76 kg. Still obese, but my body feels lighter; it's so nice to move around, and my mental health has been manageable.

I did it!!!!!!! 850 kcals burned and 12,347 steps! Not sure how I managed to do more steps than the title of the workout but I’m not complaining!❤
