Liked the workout. The editing of the video could be better. Especially the insertion of the next exercise and the length of the exercise to match the timer shown.

Thank you for this, Ana! ❤ I very much prefer standing cool-down routines, especially after a cardio workout, because I don't want to lie down on the mat when I'm all sweaty 😸
