Three advancements in dentistry: King college in London use electricity to cure cavity and rebuild the tooth's structure almost back to its original shape. Chinese scientists are able to grow teeth's enamel in the lab. Also, there is an alternative to SDF call Nano-Silver Fluoride (NSF) which is in clinical trial. It does what SDF does without staining the decay area of the tooth black. I read about this a few years ago. You can research this and see where these experiments are at this point in time.

I'm amazed at some of the comments here. Brushing once a day and you're sad that you have cavities? People. Brush your teeth after every meal. Clean teeth is the key. By the way, the health of your teeth starts to decline after 30! Brush consciously for two full minutes. Get to flossing before you brush and if you don't know how to do it, ask your dentist! Stop using strong whiteners or bleaching solutions. You'll be sorry later in life. Brush after eating sweets. Plaque builds up on your teeth and it can break off, get into your bloodstream, travel to your heart and can cause a stroke. Talk to your dentist. Find a dentist that isn't in a strip mall or doesn't have an American dental school education. Get your teeth cleaned regularly. Geesh!

Umm..these dentist videos make me cringe....remineralise with flouride toothpaste to get rid of cavities...as if people we'rent already using it in the first place. Stop spreading this ignorance . U can remineralise using natural products , such as wheatgrass powder , diatomaceous earth, etc , and taking mineral supplements..magnesium, zinc etc, and vits...vit D3 and K2.

I asked my dentist how bad my cavities are and he said that he will not know till he drills into. I say but you can see on x-rays. He says the cavities are close to the gum line and therefore the X-rays are not reliable. LOL

What is dentist and doctors😂😂 All dentist are doctors. Same as mbbs. Both mbbs, bds, mds, md are docrors. Cant you have common sense to differentiate? Bds is also graduated course 5 years they are also studing all medical subjects, not only dental subjects. Only 1or 2 dental subjects will be added yearly rest all subjects are medical.

@@jasont9636 at this time for HPSP there's no age waivers. What you could do is go to school and then apply for the Air Force once you're fully qualified and then you can apply for the College Loan Repayment Program.

I have high anxiety about the dentist and didn’t take care of myself after having COVID and my dog Juliet passing away. I’m going to start using charcoal tooth soap and oil pulling again. I have two cavities (that I know of) in my upper back teeth and I’m sure there are more. Please comment so I can keep you updated 🙂

@@aflow484 after brushing my teeth twice a day, using the charcoal oil mouthwash, and chewing gum between meals (I also started putting coconut oil on my back teeth before I go to sleep) the pain has gone away. Note that it’s only been about a week since I started this routine. I no longer have that shooting pain when I chew something. My mom wants to sent up an appointment for herself and me this week which shot my anxiety up but I’m hoping to persuade her

@@freshbrewedasmr3378just tell her with patience (and belief that she'll listen to you) that oil pulling for 20 min daily is gonna cure the cavities for sure. Any dental procedure won't cure it, they'll just fill it up with unnatural things which is not better for health in any way. So, just ask her for 2 months time, and stick to coconut oil pulling, she'll be amazed and satisfied too.

I'm an adjunct faculty at Midwestern Dental School Glendale, I have been a professor of dentistry at "The Ohio State University" and I have both owned a large Pediatric dental practice for 25 years, and also have grown a mid sized DSO/Corporate Dental group, so I have some ability to evaluate the quality of dental education. Glendale campus Dental program has caring, educated, friendly faculty, the best equipment, materials, instruments, and the facilities are 2nd to none. Plus, who doesn't love sunshine 320+ days/year...

I was literally just crying over realizing I was developing cavities. I get really caught up with my school work and forget to do a lot of things, brushing my teeth unfortunately being one of them. Me and my dad are very close to moving to literally the other side of the country, so we likely won’t be able to afford getting me fillings. I’m pretty sure there’s about two or three that are too far gone for this to help, and will need fillings when they can be afforded, but you still probably just saved like fifteen of my teeth. Thank you, so much.

Thanks a lot for the video. Question 1: I have some teeth with very little cavity on the top. Do you think I can clean them at home with simple dentist tools like explorer, scaler or with tooth polish? Question 2: Do you think I can take off a mercury filling with no local anesthesia at home ? Question 3: Do you think I can kill a cavity by putting rubbing alcohol on it with a cotton swab for couple days many times every day? Thx
