Our clean light does not go off after cleaning. We have tried the sequence several times. We received this as a Christmas gift.

I use my coffee bar several times a week for the past 3 years and my clean button had only come on once. Is that normal?

I have a Keurig & a ninja coffee maker. This Ninja has made the descaling process very difficult. My clean light will not shut off, no matter how many times I clean it. I will never buy another Ninja coffee maker as long as I live. I have to pay them $20 to send me another machine, and my coffee maker is still under warranty. The worse customer service I've ever experienced in my life. Never again!!! I'll stick with my Keurig, which I've had for a little over 2 years , & I've never had a problem with it.
