Great stuff Jay‼️👍 The technique tips and demos are absolutely priceless. 🙏🏻 You always use to list the moves in the description and that would have been helpful too - but looking forward to writing them out myself and hitting this killer workout. 🤪🙏🏻

These workouts are so much harder than they look . After the second round I had to give myself 30 secs rest between each exercise and towards the end 45 seconds ! Not as fit as I thought . Swapped out jump rope for assault bike

Technically yes but I don’t program workouts to be done 3 times a week. I program with way more variety ✅
