Been a healthy gym goer for about 25years. Recently had no motivation to go, bored of the same rountine. Had a long lay off and was struggling to get back into it. Your workouts have got me back and looking forward to the gym again. Thanks, man. Your content is awesome​@jtm_fit

Great workout, can tell how hard you've worked. The floor press and tricep push up exercises arent ideal for ROM tho
