My fried rice esthetically looks just like a professional restaurant, but I can never get the texture correct. It always comes out a little mushy. I'm going to try doing your techniques instead and see how that goes

If you sautee the veg instead of boiling them, you won't have all that moisture to remove, and you'll have more flavor.

I have been learning how to make Chinese food this past few months because all my favorite Chinese restaurants raise their prices by quite a bit but I have no problem with that what I do have a problem with is the fact that the portion sizes are half of what they used to be. I mean enough is enough bye
