I just picked up the exact same boat. It needs a lot of work, but I’m ready to go. my stern cabin is a little different. Just has one full size bed on the Starbucks side. Like the puzzle, but was more interested in the Pac-Man machine. In early 80s, if you got through the 1st 3 rounds, there was a path pattern that let you play for about half an hour without getting eaten and then you'd have to try to find another path. They were losing money w people playing so long so they changed the program so the path didn't work anymore. Think people quit playing and eventually they took the machine out of the college bar.

Watching a father/son take a boat from the Rideau canal I guess to Florida. Have finished videos yet. Everyone posts at different times, but NICKY D was on the canals w them. Their post was 5 months ago. Big grey vessel and NICKY D wasn't a decal, but big raised letters. Just wondering if that was same boat that waked you. They didn't appear to be happy about having to lock behind the boat I'm watching. Not sure since there's speed limits on the canals. Maybe wanting to run full out on Oneida? Not even sure that's where they pasted them. Jerks.

Don't remember, but think you got a new engine in subsequent video. Found out a few years ago, Evinrude and Johnsons don't like to idle in gear. Not sure all the issues you were having, but popping into neutral when slowing down may have alleviated some of that. Which is poor design if you need to idle into a place. And yes, I'm binge watching these older videos this weekend.

Glad you got it done Cap! A portable ,manual Whale gusher pump is great to have on board as a spare- it'll pump out your waste tank as well as bilges etc..Mount it on a short piece of board and good to go.

I notice you use a tool, take the battery out and then put it back in. Don't know how long between uses, but doesn't seem like more than a couple minutes. Does that make the charge last longer? Just curious. Store some of mine w the battery still in. Mainly leaf blower, but some times drill

There is very little agriculture in the Bahamas. Don't feel bad about not supporting the local economy. In the smaller islands groceries come on the mail boat once a week, and may be 2 weeks old depending on the route of the boat. If you are staying a while in the Abacos, make friends with the store manager and reserve what he/she recommends. Marsh Harbor is the exception with a big store (Maxwell's) with frequent supplies. Special treat-- try local bread. Most"bakeries" are the kitchen window of a house with a sign.
