Professional remodeler here.. great job, pro tip: use a purdy microfiber stranded mini roller for a flawless finish every time. But use a new roller don’t ever re use them

I did the same on a larger scale without the braces in the middle just at the end and it's swaying everywhere 😅 wondering if I should copy you or add diagnols between the posts? Chatgpt designed it for me 🫣

Is there a certain size push connector we should use according to the wire size?

just wanna say, 4 years later and this video is amazing, my parents house is incredibly old, 20 years+, old paint and everything, I'm hoping to surprise them by repainting their walls, ceilings etc so this video is incredibly helpful to me.

Great idea. I like it that use the tiny area behind a couch like that. No need to move existing tables and such. Smart.

Is there a reason you cut in after rolling? I thought it was done first.

Are the walls already primed? My sister painted the ceiling with white and was not careful with the roller so i have white paint around the top of the walls. Should i re-prime that area of my walls? The color will be a medium peach. Just afraid the white is too white compared to the primer and it will show

Hi, I have searched and searched online and can't find an answer. Search results don't seem to be as good as they used to be it seems Your video here is the closest. Here is the difference. My large gap between the outside of the door and wall is on the front exterior door outside. The gap runs outside the casing between the casing and the wall around the top and two sides of the front door. Long story of why it's there. I started with putting caulk in it but you can see it. Even if it were done evenly as you said, it's not real slightly since it's a thicker gap. You're straight piece of wood looks fine inside. But since it's an outside exterior door, is there a trim made for that or is there like a decorative trim that wouldn't stand out and look like it shouldn't be there that could be stained the same color as the casing? Thank you! I'm a female and so not real good at this but I want to keep out any bugs that might come in there or drafts, of course. Thank you! Marla

I was thinking of doing my dads old big desk to look like a cartoon. Now i want to make our whole office like that. Wish we did all the trim in our store that way. The curtain looks awesome too. But im definitely doing the old desk. So happy you posted this.😊❤

hands down sprayer (a good sprayer) is going to do better job than roller 10 out of 10 times; however, it does take a bit more work to stage the door for spraying but I will spray everytime that I can because the finish is just so far superior
