If I'm not mistaken, Tails isnt exactly a liability in Sonic 2's special stages, since, while he can lose rings, its only rings that he himself picked up that he can lose, hence why sonic and tails have different ring counts

This is what I want from collection releases. I want those oddball games that are harder to find packed in. The current Mega Man collections should've included stuff like Battle and Chase, Command Mission, and Network Transmission, but it's just the core games of each series.

A Sonic fangame recently came out called Egg Man's Ring racer's and it's a Sonic Drift fan game it's PEAK way better than Team Sonic Racing Sega really fumbled the bag with TSR why isn't Cream in the game and who asked for Zavok we could of had Chaos in the car they would be so stupid I would love that or just have any eggman robot in their I wish we got a Sonic Racing Transformed 2 at least I believe this is were car Sonic car racing games peaked you had charactera from different Sega titles and levels based on different Sega games and the gameplay was uniquie conpared to your standard Mario Kart clone it has where you transform into a airplane and boat and it has more polish than TSR the team mancanic is just okay it's more for multiplayer than for one player's I couls of been driving in a car as Joker, Makoto, Ryuji, Junpei but I have to drive in a car as Zavok, Eggman Ring racers also have Atlus characters in their as well which and I know Mario Kart does have some other Nintendo characters like Link and Inkling but they could of added more characters like Kirby or Samus most Kart Racers would just have characters from their franchise but Sega was like nah let's put ALL the characters in! You also forgot Shadow's Sonic Cafe game which is just simply called Shadow Shoot

You could play any level from Mega Collections on Gems Collections. For example, by beating the final boss on Sonic 2 and getting to the title screen, the player can do a level select. The catch was that there was a time limit. So every sonic game in Mega Collection is technically also on Gems.

Had the mega collection on my ps2 it was one of the first games i ever bought with my own money. Good times bro.
