Managed to nearly double my max reps. Started off only being able to do 8 and by the end of the month I could do 14.
My one month press up work out (R = Rest 70 seconds)
Week 1: 6/ R/ 6/ R/ 5
Week 2: 8/ R/ 8/ R/ 6
Week 3: 10/ R/ 8/ R/ 8
Week 4: 12/ R/ 10/ R/ 8
