Managed to nearly double my max reps. Started off only being able to do 8 and by the end of the month I could do 14.
My one month press up work out (R = Rest 70 seconds)
Week 1: 6/ R/ 6/ R/ 5
Week 2: 8/ R/ 8/ R/ 6
Week 3: 10/ R/ 8/ R/ 8
Week 4: 12/ R/ 10/ R/ 8

When O started doing some exercise I could hardly do 10 push ups. Now I manage, bit it’s still difficult to do them well! Always inspiring to see someone struggling like I do, but being able to “fastforward” and see how thing changes in such a short time! Nice video! Edit August 2021. After a few month I can now do around 20 fairly well done push ups, after losing 20 KG and still going!

I really wanna lose weight. I’m 15, 195 lbs. I don’t look too fat but i’m pretty strong, i’m 5’10. I’m gonna try this. I hope it works because i’m tired of all this. Thanks for motivating me. i’ll come back someday.😁

I agree with other guy. You should probably do a slow sustainable cut to around 10% body fat. It appears as if you just get fat again for each video. I'm just saying it how it is bro, you could get pretty shredded you clearly got some muscle under all that fat and would look good at 10% body fat.

100 pushups and 10k steps are probably the best for losing weight and keeping muscles

You do all these brilliant things and really stick to what works. Have you tried intermittent fasting? I think it would give you amazing results. Eating within a narrow window (say, between 2pm and 7pm) every day retrains your hunger and reduces fat without losing muscle mass. There's loads of books on it (e.g. Fast/Feast/Repeat) and of course tons of stuff on KZbin!

Kinda insane. When I started I could easily do 10 but as I started working out with weights and I started worrying about doing these correctly I cannot do even 5 now. And I am like just 10kg over the perfect weight. I am currently using total of 10kg weights so maybe when I become strong enough to do 100 reps I will be able to do good pushups. I can easily do 100 reps of overall 5kg and it's actually funny how light that is now that I am doing 10kg. Either way good luck to us both :)

Actually doing pushups everyday is bad, you need to give rest for muscle recovery, do pushups keeping 1 day break from each session
