Finally getting the hang of rowing machines and starting to see some good results.
My rowing workout:
Week 1 - 1000m (1.5 minute rest at 500m)
Week 2 - 1500m (2 minute rest at 750m)
Week 3 - 2000m (2 minute rest at 1000m)
Week 4 - 2000m (1 minute rest at 1000m)
