Pretty sure you could just run the analog sensor off the gauge to the TGV and use that for a true flex fuel tune.

I replaced the ocv intake left today and it does run better but the numbers aren't the same well they are the same sometimes at 53.3 but the new one stays at 52.5 and the right one is at 53.3 or 53.7 I may replace the other one too
@shakultraАй бұрын
The one you replaced in the video next to your intake is that the ocv duty int L? My numbers are 53.3 for the left and 55.3 for the right. The exh are the same at 42

Lmao, I came across this vid after a few hours of diagnosing.. then read post about ocv and the AP showed me straight up that one was acting weird (right intake). Really felt like a vacuum issue, hilarious title.

My dealer said it’s because of lack of oil changes. So I now change oil more. . I always changed my oil. But they said I wasent 😮. Utube said they now so change oil earlier. These longer oil change time span is wrecking cars. Lol.,😮

Like many people say, a lot of money for very little power. at what point does one decide that it is best to use that money and put it down for a m2 or something else. I love my wrx but some times it makes me hate it. I am currently stock and I want to save to tune it up but having a hard time deciding whether it is best to do bolts ons till it blows up and then built or just built now with less bolts ons

I was wondering, if they are bad, what would be the low numbers to look for on the accessport? i’m asking just in case more than one of mine are bad

Thats interesting. My 2017 WRX actually threw a code (p0018) and didnt have any hesitation issues, just the christmas lights on the dash. I need to get a walnut blasting done on mines at 60k miles.

I'm at 70k, and no blasting yet or planned. Not totally convinced....

I’m wondering if this is the issue I’ve been facing for the last good while. I have a 2017 WRX with only 45k on it and I’ve been having issues with it idling down to 500rpms when coming up to a stop and out of gear, sometimes stalling completely. I installed a AOS since I figured it was a bad PCV valve, that seemed to have helped but it happens most often when I’m close to needing an oil change, was going to do spark plugs and clean the throttle body since those are the other items I can think of. Were your symptoms similar to that? I also feel a lack of power and want to be sure before I spend the $120 a piece on these solenoids.

I appreciate the honesty, if you wanna slide an FA either over fill tf outta it 🤣🤣🤣 (don't do that for the tools that don't grasp jokes out there) and realistically give the car a dry sump

This should save a lot of people a headache. My Crosstrek did this and I cleaned the oil control valve with CRC Mass air flow like you did but I cleaned the Pin out and put new oil in the two ports on the valve. Been great for quite some time now. My STi is a 2004 so our solenoids are different but can still be cleaned and put back in to work.

I believe this is my issue on my 2021 wrx with only 20,000 miles . The idle from mile 1 was erratic and had a hesitation when accelerating . I looked at all 4 OCV's on my Cobb Accessport and the exhaust OCV's are both identical , BUT my intake OCV's are all over the place at idle or accelerating, so I ordered a couple . Do you have the torque specifications for the two 10mm bolts ? I can't find them anywhere and have no access to STIS data . Excellent video ! Thanks

I Build Racecars has a flex kit that works with current updates. Just got my car tuned a week ago on flex. These cars aren’t super happy above 75% ethanol without injectors. An AEM340 got me to 345WHP on just an intake in case anyone was also curious about this.
@reginaldcooks7204Ай бұрын
I’ve been tuned for about 3 years on flex and It’s not necessarily the injectors that aren’t happy it’s the hpfp, my car started sputtering last year while driving and my ethanol content would be at e65, I lowered it about 6months ago to E60 and it’s been completely fine. The stock hpfp is known for going out while using e85 because it’s so corrosive.

Question, i think this is my issue. Least, i hope so. Car idles fine, then poof drops like 100rpm and boggs, then self recs and normalized. I see PCV R drops to 50.26 while my L stays between 53 and 55... Exhausts are always stable at 42.

Oh man, I am right here, sooner than expected - like everyone else. I'm going IAG750 build, all the oil upgrades, cylinder4, AOS, etc. Do you have any updates to this video? Things you wish you did while in there? I'll be dropping it in most likely, so any insights you have after a year would be really helpful
