So not a lawyer, not legal advice and there are resources in your cities where you can talk to lawyers about these issues. I work in a law firm that files eviction cases for property managers and it's absolutely disgusting and soul crushing, but that's not my point right now. The biggest things that come up time and again with nonpayment for where I work are: 1) landlords not serving notices properly. 2) landlords waiting until the lease expires, doubling rent without notice and then trying to evict for non payment claiming the new rental amount. If you/the tenant don't show up for initial hearing the judge will almost always rule in favor of the landlord unless there's a glaring issue with the case (the two things I brought up are not glaring issues to most judges). If you get served a summons to court please look into your local resources and find a lawyer that can look at your case and at least get you the time you need to get the money. If you get ruled against and pay afterwards, the landlord can still order a writ and have you thrown out. I'm not worried about my coworkers seeing this because they don't like poor people so won't get recommended this video. Even if they did, no shot they'll listen to a brown person talk uninterrupted for 20+ minutes anyway.

I was part of a project that used our NFTs as passes too a free weekend in Vegas. It was sick🔥 I haven’t lost money overall in NFTs, but for sure have in certain projects that haven’t stood the test of time. Others have though and they have been a lot of fun overall for me👍🏼

For anyone feeling iffy about not for profit organization, look into mutual aid. You can look up mutual aid on Google and search your local town for any mutual aid that works for you

“Capitalism is designed this way…” you nailed it. Look around- how many people get help from parents or family members to get ahead or get by?? Most “successful” ppl never admit how mom or dad gave them a loan, take care of their kids, lend them a car, or help with a down payment or business introduction … this “secret family economy” proves the capitalist system is a scam. The system impoverishes the masses to enrich the few. 99% of us are a few misfortunes away from being on the street- unless we got mommy and daddy or grandma to bankroll us. Facts.

I applaud your work. Very insightful. This episode proves that just because someone is good at one thing- or got lucky- like building one successful business, doesn’t mean they are good at “everything”. We don’t go to a doctor for car repairs… they may be smart and educated- but they are not qualified in that other area. Celebrity biz personalities create the illusion they can magically succeed in any business- they can’t. Even Bill Gates failed at basically everything but Microsoft. Musk struggles w making profit on almost all his ventures… The list goes on and on.

I really like the use of the quotation marks in the actual video. It was a fun touch instead of what I see a lot of other people do, which is having the text their quoting appear on screen. It makes me feel more engaged when I see the person saying the words

Just found and subscribed! Thanks for the wisdom! Just one note. The music volume is a lot higher than your narration in this video. Had to keep adjusting the volume. But dude you're killing it with the new mic!

8:50 - Aye yo Cam. To your point here, I think id like to add an amendment to "the Golden rule" that supports your stance. Instead of "do unto others as you'd have them do unto you", which implies that one treats others the way ones self wishes to be treated. It should be "do unto others as they'd want you to do unto themselves."

I work in an industry where speed and experience means early days with full pay, not with my current boss though... "make sure you're there all day" "this job is hourly so just take your time" etc etc... makes me not even wanna get out of bed in the mornings and go where my skills aren't utilized
