This was, as usual, a really great workout for such a short period of time. You won’t believe how eager I am to try a workout of yours when a new one is released. I loooooooved this!!! Even though the tricep exercise humbled me good time and my ass nearly fell off in between, your talking really got me through everything. Also the ,, hanging on to your stool for life“ really exposed me ( the fact that you know what your doing💀). I can totallysee myself doing this again, even if I’m not normally the type to do the same workout again and again. Please never stop posting and thank you for your hard work as always! 💕❤️

I LOVED it. I’m used to doing bodyweight arm workouts and all these planks and push ups can be really boring sometimes. This was quite refreshing and time just flew buy, but I still felt a good burn. Especially the last real exercise, not stretch, had me shaking. For anyone reading this and thinking about doing it, do it! Thank you for your hard work and have a fantastic day ! 💕

I'm so pleased you're loving them! Yes of course! I suggest 1 to 2 short videos 4 times a week is perfect. For example, I do 4 x 20 minutes pilates workout a week, and the other 3 days I go on long walks :) X

What just happened?! I’ve done pilates before. But some moves I never seemed to get quite right. And with a few of the pointers you gave I FINALLY felt it where the instructors always said I had to feel it. THANK YOU! 💕 Amazing workout. I love that it was so short yet intense. Ideal to combine with other videos!

I just got my period and didn’t feel motivated to move at all, but this really helped me to not just lie around the whole day and instead get my body moving. I felt it everywhere, broke just a little sweat and relaxed at the same time. In short: great workout!
