I just got my period and didn’t feel motivated to move at all, but this really helped me to not just lie around the whole day and instead get my body moving. I felt it everywhere, broke just a little sweat and relaxed at the same time. In short: great workout!

hi ive been loving your workouts but i just started and i dont know how much time should my pilates workout last? is it okay with one or two videos? thanks for the videos they're awesome

I'm so pleased you're loving them! Yes of course! I suggest 1 to 2 short videos 4 times a week is perfect. For example, I do 4 x 20 minutes pilates workout a week, and the other 3 days I go on long walks :) X
