Recent new subscriber here. I've been binge-watching your videos. Great content. Would you have an online source stating the hours of sunshine/month for cities in the US ? I've seen the info on Wiki but it's usually for places in overseas countries and I'm looking for the US. I'm also trying to re-watch a video of yours but I forgot which one. I believe you stated that you had first selected certain cities in different states/places that you liked as per your own personal criterias and the first house that truly fit the bill was where you ended up setlling in. Is that the process you used and I'm remembering correctly ? Do you happen to recall which video that was ? Thanks.

That's great that you want to return to your home land. It's quite safe there. We were in Sofia Bulgaria. The transportation is excellent and the prices were pretty good but Sofia is probably one of the more expensive areas in Bulgaria. In 2020 when we were there you could still find a 2 bedroom apartment for $400 in the city. Outside the city probably $300 dollars a month. You will definitely save money on your cost of living. The people are very nice there, some people spoke English. The grocery stores are nice and big and well stocked. The infrastructure is great, good Internet, nice big roads, paved sidewalks. We'd go back but next time we'll check out one of the beaches. Bulgaria has been discovered no doubt about that. Take care and enjoy Bulgaria. Blessings.
