I've already added your book to my wishlist. I've asked for guidance and help in meditation during the past weeks and I feel soul is greatly assisting me. Your exercises and your energy give me joy, and that means a lot to me. Thank you. Stay blessed.

Hi, Prune. What's the difference between Wings of Strength and Swimming Aura exercises? As always, thank you for your guidance.

This is an absolutely fantastic question. Thank you for asking! From what I understand, Swimming the Aura helps to weave and integrate the Aura while Wings of Strength is sourcing energy from our Energetic Core and pulsing it out to the Auric Membrane, so pumping the Aura and not weaving and repairing it. Now, it will be wonderful to do both of these with the intentions.... see how they feel... I will do the same and see how the differences come across. Aura work is AMAZING, so bringing both of these practices in will be so nourishing. My best to you! With gratitude ~Jennifer

@@PruneHarris Thank you, Jennifer, for your insights. Swimming Aura often brings me back home, it is so grounding. Also, it straightens my back due to an energy rise in the lower back while doing it; this effect is especially strengthened when its time to place my hands on the sides of my thighs. Wings of Strength, for me, has not made any noticeable changes in how I feel, except that my wrists become irritating when stretched while attempting to straighten my hands 😌 Thank you🌷

You are most welcome! I love how you are noticing these differences and tracking them. That is the key! If you feel that swimming the aura is really deeply serving you, then please do continue to engage in that. If you feel curious about Wings of Strength, then bring that in as an experiment and with the question you hold for yourself of, "How is this serving me?" .... see what comes forward :) Best wishes! So glad you're diving in... this is when the magic really begins to unfold :) With gratitude ~Jennifer
