I have a question about a previous video where Prune mentions a training she did about the Assemblage Point. Lovely to recognize this Heart Loop in the practice this month. Yes, it is! And, it's also adapted a bit to form the lemniscate (figure 8) pattern across the chest. You are welcome to engage with the Heart Loop on one side at a time (Prune has a video dedicated specifically for this here in KZbin), and this month it's wonderful to engage across that centre point of the heart to bring that crossover in.
