I use yoga and chamomile tea enemas for flexibility and mobility of stiff and painful joints.

@FreeMindFit You are welcome for sharing. Why I use chamomile tea enemas instead of drinking it is the stomach acids weaken the potency. I am not a tea drinker. I LOVE THE HEALTH BENEFITS OF CHAMOMILE.

I wasnt aware of post excercise recovery routines before seeing your video i often get a slight pain in my hip after coming back from my morning session and this routine not only fixed that but made me feel much better all over as well! thank you very much for sharing this It will now become part of my daily routine. keep up the great work!
