I use yoga and chamomile tea enemas for flexibility and mobility of stiff and painful joints.

@FreeMindFit You are welcome for sharing. Why I use chamomile tea enemas instead of drinking it is the stomach acids weaken the potency. I am not a tea drinker. I LOVE THE HEALTH BENEFITS OF CHAMOMILE.
