My plug was so old that it didn't have a ribbed side or a larger prong, both prongs were the same size. How can I tell which one is hot and which one is neutral? The guy at the hardware store where I bought the plug said it didn't matter which side went on the gold vs. the silver. I'm sooo glad I watched your video! Thank you!!

Help! I recently use My Nutribullet 900 series blender to make a fruit and vegetable smoothie and when I pressed down on the plastic 16 oz cup the plastic gear in the middle of the blender shattered and there is no longer any gear on the Blender. Before I throw it away, is there a replacement part that can be installed to make the unit work again! Please advise. Thank you in advance

This is good information. It's a poor design. They should be metal. The tabs that you push down on from the cup should be metal. Should have been a metal ring around there with those three tabs. Those break it's just kind of odd way to turn it on.

The issue I have is the the gear inside is got leaked on and sounds like it's drying up from the top. When I didn't put the lid on well enough juice went down in there. I'm trying to lubricate it from the top. Have you tried that before?

Question. I have an exogear, bought it back in 2018. Currently, I plug it in, and the charging light appears only but no sound. I try to turn it on, but only the charging bars appear.

Yet another thanks, that worked. My model was a little different, the most significant piece was that the fuse wasn't held in by clips, the leads from it just wrapped around some small rivets at either end. It was a little fussy but I just unwrapped the old one and then rewrapped the new one around those rivets.

Thank you very much for the clear instructions and differentiating between hot and neutral wires. That explains why my 7 month old puppy, who bit into the neutral wire, didn't get fried. Last night was the first time I failed to secure my wires in the months I've been using them and I've never heard an animal scream like he did. Won't happen again.
