I'm an 18 year old student, trying to lose the weight I've gained over the past few years of unhealthy stressful studying, however I've been noticing very prominent stretch marks develop all over my body which to be honest is a little disheartening. I understand that these are natural but is there any way to prevent these from happening (any food or workouts that can be added)? Btw big fan of your videos, love the accurate information you provide in them saving people from all this misguided BS. getting viral on Instagram

There is nothing that is guaranteed to work against stretch marks unless it is a surgical procedure. Keeping your skin moisturized can help reduce the likelihood or the depth of the stretch marks. So using moisturizer 2 times a day *might* be helpful. It is big BIG MIGHT. Now, a word about how you feel about stretch marks. Every single person on this planet has stretch marks on their body because we all grow and shrink. They may appear to be more intense on your skin at the moment because they are fresh. I had bright red stretch marks on my shoulders and hips when I hit puberty and then when I started lifting weights and gaining muscle. I was insecure about them until I realized that I was being shamed by people around me to feel bad about it. Family members were trying to recommend all sorts of things to get rid of my "ugly" stretch marks. The reality is you can stay the way you are and not get stretch marks or you can make yourself healthier(which you 200% are successfully doing) and pay what is the small price of stretch marks. It will take time to pull yourself out of this mindset but trust me it is worth it. The world makes it seem like our bodies will give us things to feel bad about all the time but we shouldn't feel that way. We should learn to appreciate how much work we have put into taking care of ourselves and not demonize natural adaptations of our body. Again, easier said than done. God knows I am still insecure about many things about my body but every insecurity I have gotten over has been worth it. I can focus on what truly is important for me and I assure you that you will have the same experience. You're doing great with realizing you need to get healthier at what is really a very young age and you should be proud of that. Focus on that and everything you are giving your body with this effort and slowly push away the negative thoughts! Good luck and lots of love!

BCAA and EAA are present in protein sources that we consume like whey protein, milk, dahi, eggs, paneer etc. no need to consume them separately. So no we don't need BCAA and EAA.

I'm skinny guy from Hyderabad and I'm consuming 200 gm curd from past 3 days . Just a slight stomach discomfort I face . But it seems that Ankit has gradually increased the amount of curd and milk he drinks . Also he said his father was a wrestler. So his genetics -; digestive n muscle building are above average apparently 😅

1kg curd + 1kg milk... I am sure both are full fat... Nothing wrong with that, we should eat whole food... But for the lactose intolerant me it will be a suicide... That too a very painful and shameful death 😢😅

There's a difference between vegan and vegetarian. Vegan diet means you can't even consume animal products such as dairy products. And also, Ankit is from village he must be having his own cows and buffaloes. And Subsistence rearing is fine.
