People use terms like flavonoids, sucralose, insulin, etc just to appear more knowledgeable i think. Sadly, a lot of people fall for it. Nothing can change until there are some regulations about the kind of content that can be put online

The most problematic is Indian Weight Loss Diet by Richa. She makes obese people eat one meal a day, no carbs, no fruits no veggies only meat and paneer. She says don't workout and to top that she has a fasting course where they don't allow you to eat for two weeks. Honestly, scary how many people fall for this and actually pay her for this. 😅

I m definitely not giving justification but people actually losing weight and maintaining in her hostels they daily come live and show their reduced weights. I don't know what happened to them after stopping the omad n protein diet 😢

Last year I have watched so many reels like this and i have realised that they are complete nonsense. Its high tym that we simple people realise that all these so called influencers are just fooling us to earn money. I mean they are not idiots to buy so many clothes or to try a different product on their skin or hair every other week or month and we waste our tym watching them. Just choose some good creaters and watch them only. Zealocity you are doing good work.❤❤ The best way to know what you should eat is to track what you are eating whole month and how its affecting your body.

I watch your videos while doing my breakfast.. currently eating 90 grams ka minced meat kabab + 1/2 kakdi 🥒 + 1 small roti (40 grams ) I always try to eat my veggies (fiber before my carbohydrates or roti ) I hope that's correct ?

That "Head n Shoulder shampoo" part is so true.😂😂 I have wavy n freezy hair with hairfall all the time. 😅...tried most of the "paraben free shampoos" but everything in vein. By being frustrated I started using my husband's shampoo "head n shoulder ".... N it worked amazingly 😂😂. Hairfall reduced, hair became soft n manageable and it has thickend a lot. Its been 2.5 years n continuing. 😊

Hey, great video! I had a question concerning the diet coke video. While I completely agree that diet coke is way better than sugary desserts and can be used as an effective tool, could you clarify if the information in the reel about insulin response is genuine? As in, could insulin be triggered by a 0 calorie drink? While it won’t have a substantial impact on weight loss considering it ultimately boils down to caloric deficit, high insulin could still have some impact on fat loss and health I think? I’ve heard other people like Dr. Jason Fung talk about it too. Their whole theory of IF and keto revolves around insulin response so it would be great if you could clarify it. Thanks :)

Hi, can you please give some tips to reduce our portions to create a deficit. It has become impossible for me to decrease the intake of roti and Rice. And no I can't/will not completely stop eating roti or rice as carbs keep me sane enough to study for 5-6 hours in a day. It is so frustrating really that I am unable to do portion control and I can't go after completely eliminate foods. I do not drink cold drinks, eat chips etc.

Hey sir, I am someone who is preparing for NEET while I am also trying to maintain my physical health. Can you please tell me if it is okay to consume 200gm of oats per day without soaking them in lemon or vinegar? Like is the phytic acid in 200gm oats gonna hamper by weight gain and overall physique? Soaking oats is kind of arduous task for me tbh

@@Zealocity The problem is, someone said that if you eat oats like that then you are in trouble due to too much phytic acid in 200gm oats and the second problem is, too much fiber will also let me not gain muscle and weight. ( my fiber touches 65g including the 200g oats ). Will I still gain weight and stay healthy with this diet in the purest sense of what health means?
