Yea that reduces some amino acids, but not necessarily a big problem as long as you ensure total protein for the day.

IMO Keto can be difficult for someone who doesn't have a lot of weight to lose because the motivation is not there but for those of us who are insulin sensitive with fat to lose, it is not really wise for you as a nutritionist to say that KETO is not sustainable and trash. You're calling KETO trash probably because you never had a weight issue to begin with but I know of a lot of people including mysely who have had great weight loss results and energy levels on KETO. Sure, you're missing out on the carbs and all the tasty Indian meals but the rewards are great. I got back on carbs after a few months of being on KETO and never gained the weight back. My tolerance to carbs has now become better and my blood sugars have stabilized significantly. Sometimes, a particular diet can be a short term companion in your weight loss journey. I believe people should be free to choose whatever diet they wish to choose without being told that a particular diet is trash. I would have never been 10 Kgs down if it wasn't for the KETO diet I did a year ago. Every diet has a role to play if you do it correctly.

This diet was invented because it was thought to control "epilepsy" in an age when drugs where not available to control it and it's not used for that purpose now either. Please study about the metabolic pathways of human body from genuine books to know why it's trash.

True, but most of my clients come to me with eating disorders trying the keto diet. Keto will help you lose weight, doesn't mean it is the ONLY WAY to lose weight. My clients lose weight super easily even without going off carbs.
