Identical left and right side movement is the IDEA!! As a dude who plays hand drums and also spins devil/rhythm sticks.. this sh*t facinates me! Hand/eye coordination plus a little beat? I seen a few vids of speedbag drumming.. man, do your thing!

First of all, thank you for this incredible video. Also, you have one of the most amazing voices I have ever heard. I’m sure you hear this a lot, but you sound a lot like Tom Hardy. I have been wanting to speed bag for a long time and just received one as a gift and just got it set up and I’m excited to get acquainted with it. I plan on the two of us intimately connected. I saved this video so I can watch it again again. Thank you for taking the time to share with us.

I played college football, got my degree in teaching, and I coach multiple sports all ages. The one truest thing I've learned in all my years of sports is, the best coaches are actually teachers wether they know it or not. Many athletes can be the best of the best but that doesn't mean they know how to coach. I've watched around 12 different videos now on how to hit the speed bag. My step son wanted one he's 9. This guy here is the best video so far by far on breaking down how to hit this thing. Whomever you are dude, hats off, you're a hell of teacher. Thank u for the tutorial

I got a question. I bought a speed bag recently and everything I hit it, it makes a loud metal buckling noise and it doesn't go fast enough. I was wondering if you knew how to fix it?

A good set up is a ball swivel like thrasher house swivel, or a good quality ball bearing swivel, I like the RDX bags as there easy to get hold of and supply worldwide,

Wow man you are so nice on that bag. Coming from a guy who hits the speed bag everyday at the gym, people do not realize how hard it is just to get the 3 count rhythm down at first never mind getting to a level where you can hit it from every single angle with the fluidity of straight up professional! Unbelievable! So fun to watch and so inspirational! 🥊! That left over the right circular motion speed is ridiculous. The bag was a blur! Going to see if you have a video teaching that.
