Hi, thank you for your videos! I'm just a beginner, at the moment just training with a heavy bag (trying to stay consistent at least until 100 sessions!). I'd like to start learning the speed bag, too. Is there a particular model you would suggest me to buy? I'm going to install it somewhere in my garage, you can see the available space. Thank you very much!

I like the RDX bag, as it's got a bit of weight to it and rebounds well, although there's probably better ones out there, go for a 16x9 bag or slightly larger as there a bit slower for beginners, and MAKE sure the platform is very sturdy and thick , and id get a ball swivel, because there better for tricks and less to go wrong in my opinion, with less rattling, see how you go 💪💪🙂🙂🧙

How much air do you put in your bag? Mike from Texas

Ok good question, enough so it can compress a good inch with your thumb, definitely not rock solid, I prefer it slightly more deflated than over

Do you find that some speedbags are just not equipped to bounce that well? Not sure i can do this with the one at my gym. It seems like i need more force for it to do what I want it to do or to kick off my fists

Completely agree, often gyms just buy a cheap set up as there clueless tbh, every gym in my area I've literally replaced the bag for them, a general rule is punch thf bag fairly hard and it should bounce at least 10x

@@speedbagwizard9880 ohh nah...this will probably bounce 5-6 times at most.
