I currently eat all the above mentioned foods in this video after recently been diagnosed with low grade prostate cancer ( Gleason 6). I have no symptoms due to the low grade/ low risk type of prostate cancer and therefore on active surveillance rather than going on active treatment. I feel great and will continue to incorporate these foods alongside regular exercise daily to avoid surgery/radiation and their likely side effects.

I had COVID that lasted a good 10 days. I thought I was fine but I began to lose more hair than normal. What you have in the Thumbnail is NOT a Bay Leaf, its a Cinnamon Tree Leaf. You probably bought those at the Indian Market and those arent Bay Leaves. They are cinnamon leaves, they dont smell or taste the same

I put most of these things in specially designed boxes in the fridge and they last "FOR EVER"! Leaving them outside the fridge will kill them in days!
