Jeff Wayne also did the Esso Tiger advert, I have never heard a full version of it although I know one exists. That tune would be worthy of a remix.

Roger Webb is right up there with Syd Dale, Laurie Johnson and Alan Hawkshaw for composing brilliant themes - If you listen closely (only in small parts) you may be able to find a hint of the 'Hammer House of Horror' theme which Webb also composed

Are there asteroids in neo-earth orbit (say 14,000-26,000 or km) that we could crash into point Nemo, or crush into fuel? What then?

Turning the audience into a sample was an inspired choice for this theme, great moment when they start clapping to it in time.

Heatwave seems to have a few tracks that fly under the radar for me. After discovering the single “Distinction - That’s the Way I Like It” (1983) produced by Heatwave member Roy Carter, I hear the same style and inexhaustible energy all over this track. This monster can go on repeat all day long and never wear out, it’s that mandolin riff that acts as a perpetual flow machine.

The master of the house, Bob Monkhouse was just unique. I loved this show and I absolutely adored his comedy - gone far too soon, but what a legacy he left - thanks Bob

I am an ideas person with the technical knowledge and purpose, but not the practical will to fully execute on remix projects. Subscribed because I admire your will to fully deliver. Thank you for your works.

Makes me think a voice sample heavy remix of the original US “Match Game” 72 and 90 themes would be fantastic, that show was a gold mine.

Love it - but the beats are just a bit too 'forward' / strong in the mix and for much of the track overpower the vocal and original musical backing. Just pull back the beats a bit on these modern remixes of the old themes, add some reverb to the beats, (the beats track on this is very dry, which clashes with the softer, fuller feel of the original music track) and this'd be perfect. We need to really hear those words in the highly distinctive and memorable vocal and the sweet instrumentation. Much love.
