Yes, that’s possible! But this would be a more complicated set up. The comment reply automation works as follows: 1. First, add a tag to the user. For example “Comment Reply” 2. Then add a Smart Delay to the automation 2. Third, send a message to the user without a button. Make sure that the message is set to “Send as Comment Reply” Then, inside your Default Reply (this automation will trigger if they respond to your message), do the following: 1. Add a condition that checks if someone has the tag “Comment Reply” 2. If they have the tag, notify yourself to take over the conversation Does that help?

Confused. When in the process has the lead actually opted into your funnel and been added to your email list? When name and email address have been given? Or when they click "Access my Guide"? For the affiliate program I am promoting, the lead must opt in via a specific link to a landing page with name and email. Only via that landing page and opt-in will I get paid. So how could that flow look like in many chat?

There are two options here. The most simple option is to just share the link to the landing page. The second option is to ask for their first name + email in the chat funnel and then send them to the landing page. Then, you can prefill the form of your landing page (if the page has this ability).

Yes, that is possible! In Manychat, you have the “File” element (it is in the same section as the “User Input” element). You can use that to send the File directly in the Instagram DM.

Yes, it will work for Facebook Ads, but you need a different trigger. Also for Instagram Ads it only works if you set it to "All Posts".

Unfortunately, you aren't able to do that with any chatbot platform I know of (and I used many). That's because all chatbot platforms only respond to new comments, not to pre-existing ones

Hey there! Yes, I have seen other people with the same warning from Instagram. My advice = Wait for one month after you received the warning. If you didn't receive an additional warning, it's safe to use Manychat. Manychat is officially approved by Meta, but somehow Instagram's automated checking bots can be fierce and block you sometimes. You can fight that as well, but takes time with Meta's support staff that isn't capable enough. Also: you can send a DM to anyone, also to people with a private account. But it can show up in their message requests.

My dms will send the correct one from the flow but turn around and send a hey thanks for commenting dm or we normally respond within 24hrs. All of these will send to a flow i set for specific post that comment specific word and dm the product then all those other dms send as well. Please help.

This is probably in the settings of your Instagram account. Please go to your Facebook Page > Manage > Page Access > Messaging and check if there are any messages set up over there.

I start to to use premimum of it. But there are problems. I could not find a human service to ask it. 1st problem automation can be start 1 hour later after a commend came.
